At the end of my 5 years with CNE, I was asked to revamp their flagship board development program—Board Academy.
I was responsible for the design and development of the program. I worked with SMEs and relied on the content expertise I had developed working in the sector. This project also drew on my skills in project management, process improvement, and change management.
